Police seek missing person from Bethelsdorp

SAPS Bethelsdorp detectives are seeking the community’s assistance in tracing a 57-year-old woman who went missing on Friday 9 June 2023.

It is alleged that on the mentioned date, at approximately 10:00, Desiree Baartman left her house in Nagel Street, Extention 29, Bethelsdorp. She never returned home. Enquiries were made with family and friends where she frequently visited, but they were unable to trace her and on Wednesday 14 June 2023 she was reported missing at SAPS Bethelsdorp.

Police are appealing to anyone who can assist in tracing Desiree Baartman to urgently contact SAPS Bethelsdorp on 071 475 1953 or Crime Stop 08600 10111 or their nearest police station. All information is strictly confidential and callers have the right to remain anonymous.
