KwaMsane police are appealing to members of the community for assistance to locate the family or relatives of an African female found at KwaMsane area. She introduced herself as Jafta Oliphant and her age is unknown, but with the estimation of 16-year-old.
She further mentioned that she is from Welkom in Free State Province.
