Police are investigating seven counts of attempted murder after seven people were shot at by unknown suspects on Victoria Street in the Durban CBD on Friday afternoon.
Police responded to reports of multiple shootings and upon arrival, seven people were found lying on the roadway with mild to moderate injuries.
The circumstances that led to the shooting are unknown at this stage, however, various police disciplines have been deployed to search for clues and a manhunt for the suspects has already begun.
