Thieves apprehended for possession of stolen property in Brits

Thieves apprehended for stealing air-conditioning units in Brits. Fidelity officer, Shabangu, received a panic from Botlhabelo Secondary School at Vuka Section Oukasie.

On arrival, he was informed by a security officer at the school that he heard a noise coming from the kitchen. Both officers proceeded towards the kitchen, where three suspects were carrying items with them. Both officers immediately gave chase. During the chase, the suspects had dropped the things, but they managed to escape.

Further investigation found that the suspects had cut the palisade fence to gain access and proceeded to the kitchen, where they broke out an air conditioner. The air-con was recovered and was left behind on the scene.
