Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) are currently (Monday, 16:48) standing off at the scene of a flat on fire.
Reaction Officers were dispatched to Bridgeford Drive in Mountview – KZN after receiving multiple calls for assistance from residents. On arrival, Officers discovered black smoke billowing out of a first floor flat. Residents were evacuated. Fire Fighters are on scene and have isolated the fire to one apartment.
Circumstances leading up to the incident were not immediately established.
