Nzimande suffers from Dementia and has a history of leaving his Mawothi – KZN home without informing family.
On Friday (05/08/2023), residents of Juniper Road in Trenance Park – KZN discovered the elderly male in a bush behind their properties. Reaction Officers and members of the public entered the dense vegetation and removed the man. He was incoherent and was unable to provide any information regarding his family.
Reaction Officers handed him over to Police but he disappeared while Law Enforcement were attempting to locate his family. Nizamande was dressed in a yellow golfer with black stripes and khaki pants (same as pictured).
