Streets affected by a march tomorrow Tuesday, 29 August 2023 in Gauteng

Take note that there will be a march tomorrow, Tuesday 29 August 2023, by Inclusive Truth & Reconciliation Movement.
Purpose: They want the president to acknowledge princess Masalanabo Modjadji as a legitimate queen of Balobedu ethnic group.

The marchers will gather from 10:00 at Venning Park, Arcadia, Pretoria.

The route of the march is as follows:
From the gathering point, they will march on Pretorius Street, and turn left at Leyds Street and proceed until they reach the Union Buildings.

The following streets will be affected:
* Farenden Street
* Beckett Street
* Johan Street
* Wessels Street
* Leyds Street
* Zeederberg Street
* Stanza Bopape Street
* Madiba Street

They are expected to disperse from the Union Buildings at 13:30.

Tshwane Metro Police officers will be deployed to monitor march and all affected streets. Motorists are advised to use alternative routes such as:
* Government Avenue
* Park Street
* Francis Baard Street
* Arcadia Street
* Edmond Street
