The police at Kagisanong are looking for Sade Shakira Steenbok. The 18-year-old Grade 12 learner at Sand du Plessis Secondary School was last seen by her mother during the morning of Tuesday 18 July 2023 at about 07:00 when she left for work. The mother returned home in the afternoon at about 16:10 and didn’t find Shakira home as usual. Shakira’s carry bag and some of her clothing items were also missing.
The police search team discovered that a bus ticket was bought in Shakira’s name to depart from Bloemfontein to Johannesburg on Friday 14 July 2023. Further information indicated that Shakira boarded the bus leaving for Johannesburg on Tuesday 18 July 2023 at about 22:00.
