A teacher at a Primary School in Phoenix – Kwazulu Natal contacted Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) morning after a Grade three child was found sniffing a packet of dagga.
When Reaction Officers interviewed the eight-year-old, he explained that he was given the packet of cannabis by his uncle.
The dagga was shared with other grade three students.
