A 25-year-old man was killed after he was shot multiple times at a tuck shop in Zwelisha – KZN this afternoon (Saturday).
Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) received a call for assistance at approximately 19:55. On arrival, Reaction Officers discovered the Verulam SAPS and a large crowd at the scene. It was established that the deceased was patronising the business when he was confronted by three (3) men. They robbed him for his Samsung A7 cellphone before they shot him multiple times. Four spent 9mm cartridges were recovered at the scene.
The suspects thereafter fled on foot in an unknown direction.
