Assist the Eshowe FCS Unit in finding missing 2-year-old Luzelwande Lubanzi Mhize from Esimpisini Homestead, Kwazulu-Natal. His cousin (13) last saw him at the grazing land collecting a herd of cattle on 18 September 2023.
At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing purple trousers.
