Eight men are being sought for an armed robbery that occurred at a bar in Gandhi’s Hill – KZN.
The Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) Tongaat Operations Centre received reports of the incident at approximately 14:09 yesterday (Sunday). Reaction Officers were immediately dispatched and on arrival were informed that the suspects entered the premises and held up the barman.
They stole and undisclosed amount of cash and alcohol. The robbers allegedly fled in two vehicles (make and registration unknown).
The barman required medical attention due to him being pistol whipped.
