Detectives from Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit are seeking the assistance of the public to locate a missing 14-year-old boy, Sebelo Dipholo. He is reportedly mentally challenged.
He was last seen by his mother on Tuesday, 21 November 2023 at about 05:00, when she left home. At the time of his disappearance he was wearing a striped hoodie top and a blue jean.
