Recovered cables in Marburg thanks to an vigilant officer! Last night, at 10:02 pm, the officer was on his way home after attending to a call in Marburg when he came across a suspicious male tugging on cables.
Members immediately stopped to investigate. On approaching the suspect, the male quickly began to run and managed to escape. The cable was successfully recovered and handed over to Port Shepstone SAPS.
Well done to the officer for his vigilance and all other role-players involved in this.
