Two (2) people were injured after their hired vehicle overturned in Ottawa – KZN this morning (Sunday).
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) arrived on scene at approximately 04:16 and discovered a white Toyota Avanza lying on its roof. Two injured males were located near the vehicle.
They explained that they hired a vehicle to travel to Waterloo from Phoenix – KZN. The vehicle overturned whilst on route. The driver fled the scene for unknown reasons.
The injured were stabilised on scene by Paramedics from a private ambulance service before being transported to hospital by ambulance.
