Pedestrian robbed near a fuel station in Centurion

On Friday evening around 20:42, our Centurion crew received a call for assistance at a local fuel station, where a man stopped to ask for help after being robbed.

A man in his 30s sustained a head wound when he was allegedly robbed while walking home. The man then appraoched a PRSS security officer who was stationary at the fuel station and asked for help.

On arrival, we found the man seated on the floor with an obvious wound to the head. Our crew tended to the wound and monitored the patient while waiting for the ambulance to arrive.

The patient was transported to a nearby hospital in a stable condition by Gauteng Emergency Medical Services.

The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are not yet clear.

Thanks to Gauteng Emergency Medical Services , Lyttleton CPF, and PRSS Holdings for the assistance on the scene.
