Suspect was apprehended in possession of approximately 8metres of copper pipes from a home.
KZNVIP Responded swiftly and apprehended the suspect unfortunately the suspect was released by Saps due to the complainant not wanting to open a criminal case.
Approximately 45mins later the same suspect matching the description had a failed attempt with copper pipes in the northcroft area unfortunately this time the suspect managed to evade arrest.
