Public assistance is required to locate the owner of the dog.
A resident of Talwantsing Road in Temple Valley – KZN arrived at RUSA HQ yesterday (Monday) with the dog.
The man stated that the female canine entered his yard and refused to leave. The owner is unknown.
The dog did not have a collar.
