A 27-year-old male was arrested for Stock theft at one of the farms in Heilbron.
It is alleged that in the early hours of Friday, 05 January 2024, farmers were patrolling when they came across three unknown males heading a flock of sheep.
The three males started to run when they noticed the patrollers. A chase ensued amd one suspect was apprehend. The police were contacted and 41 sheep to the value of R128 000 were confiscated.
The suspect will appear before the Heilbron Magistrate Court soon on charges of Stock Theft.
