Public assistance is required to locate 34 year old Jerome Pillay (pictured).
RUSA was contacted by Pillay’s family requesting assistance to locate him. According to the caller, Pillay was bound to a light pole and assaulted by two members of the Community Policing Forum (CPF) in Whetstone – KZN on Friday (05/01/2024).
His limp body was thereafter loaded into a black vehicle (make & registration unknown) and transported from the area. He cannot be located since. The incident was allegedly witnessed by residents who were afraid to contact Law Enforcement for fear of retaliation.
