Whilst conducting crime prevention patrols at Hull and 5th street in Florida.
JMPD TRU officers spotted a suspicious male. The officers approached, searched him and found illegal substances (31 packets of crystal meth drugs) in his possession.
He was arrested for dealing in drugs.
