TMPD Cable Theft Unit members arrested a Zimbabwean National male suspect yesterday 23 January 2024, for tampering with essential infrastructure, possession of stolen property (copper cables) and for being in possession of drugs in Soshanguve.
He was taken to the SAPS for further investigations.
