An elderly male was rammed into lightpole by an alleged drunk driver in Phoenix

KZNVIP Medics together with Security Responded to the scene where it is believed the driver of a white Nissan double cab rammed into a Pedestrian against a light pole in a parking area off Stoneham drive.

The Elderly male sustained life threatening injuries and KZNVIP Medics attended to the patient before rapidly transporting to hospital for further medical attention.

The driver was taken away by SAPS.
