Eastern Cape Provincial Commissioner commends officers for swift reaction at the funeral of an alleged criminal

In a commendable display of vigilance and professionalism, members of OR Tambo SAPS and the Alfred Nzo Tactical Response Teams (TRT) successfully intercepted illegal activities at the funeral of an alleged criminal, resulting in the confiscation of three firearms and three arrests on Saturday, 17 February 2024.

All three suspects appeared in court on Monday, 19 February 2024, on their respective charges.
