A 36 year old female sustained injuries during a robbery on Todd Street in Verulam – KZN.
A passerby contacted Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) requesting assistance.
On arrival, Reaction Officers met the victim who explained that she was confronted by a man who produced a knife and demanded her valuables.
He robbed her for an iPhone 10 and her handbag containing an undisclosed amount of cash. He thereafter fled in an unknown direction.
The victim sustained lacerations to both her palms during the scuffle.
