A man was shot and killed while seated in his vehicle on Avonford Crescent in Sunford – KZN last night (Friday).
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) arrived on scene and discovered the Phoenix SAPS in attendance. It was established that the incident occurred at approximately 18:45. It was alleged that the deceased was seated in his silver VW Polo when the occupants of blue Toyota Corolla (registration unknown) opened fire on him. The victim was critically injured and demised on scene.
The motive for the shooting has not been established.
