One person was killed and a second individual was critically injured in Magwaveni – KZN.
A resident contacted Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) approximately 00:21 after they heard the men calling out for assistance near their home.
On arrival, Reaction Officers discovered that both males had been stabbed multiple times. One of the victims was fatally injured and demised on scene prior to the arrival of First Responders.
The second person was critically injured. He was unable to provide details leading up to the incident. The men were unknown to residents in the area.
The injured male was stabilised on scene before being transported to a medical facility.
