Manhunt launched for suspects who kidnapped and killed a man in Makaepea Seleteng

Lebowakgomo police have launched a massive manhunt for suspects who allegedly kidnapped and killed a man estimated to be +/- 30-year-old at Makaepea Seleteng Ga-Mphahlele, Capricorn District, on Sunday, 03 March 2024.

According to the reports, the police received a complaint from a passerby about a body of a person in the bushes. On arrival at the scene, they found a man lying facing down on the ground, with injuries to his upper body. He was wearing a grey pair of trousers only.

The victim was certified dead on the scene by Emergency personnel.

It is alleged that, the victim was reported kidnapped on Saturday, 02 March 2024.

The Provincial Commissioner of the South African Police Service in Limpopo, Lieutenant General Thembi Hadebe, condemned the incident and ordered an intensive manhunt for suspects.
