Two suspects arrested and over R130 000 worth of counterfeit goods seized in Krugersdorp

The Gauteng Counterfeit and Contraband Goods task team’s search and seizure warrant operation led to the arrest of two suspects and the seizure of over R130 000 worth of counterfeit goods in Krugersdorp on 26 March 2024.

The team has confiscated counterfeit goods such perfumes, board games and toys.

This multi-disciplinary task team comprised of members from Commercial Crimes Investigations, as well as Brand Protectors.

The suspects will appear before the Krugersdorp Magistrate’s Court soon.
