This long weekend is going to be an extra long, lonely weekend for those driving around with cloned numberplates, outstanding traffic fines, warrants of arrest, or any vehicle that doesn’t reflect on the system as having up to date roadworthy certificates or vehicle licenses. Stolen vehicles, vehicles used in crimes elsewhere, we now have our eyes on you.

We are “tech-crazy” and are on a mission to integrate the most advanced technology, along with our various enforcement services and crime prevention efforts. Our members are currently training on the eye-in-the-sky, the aerial surveillance platform, but now we are also installing all of our vehicles with the most all-inclusive, integrated and advanced ANPR technology.

No more avoiding roadblocks. No more fake numberplates. No more running away from traffic fines while continuing your career of carnage.
Its going to be a busy long weekend for our officers, as we begin cleaning up our roads. This will be music to the ears of law abiding motorists, who for too long, have endured the selfish arrogance of inconsiderate drivers on the road.
