A pedestrian was stabbed during a robbery in Brindhaven – KZN this afternoon (Wednesday).
A resident of Rosemary Drive contacted the Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) Operations Centre at approximately 19:34 requesting assistance for the injured male. On arrival, Reaction Officers discovered the man bleeding from an injury to his right hand.
He explained that he was walking to his Mountview – KZN residence when he was confronted by three (3) individuals. They produced knives and robbed him of his valuables before they stabbed him. They thereafter fled in an unknown direction.
Reaction Officers conducted an extensive search for the suspects but no arrests were made.
