Stolen branded vehicle recovered in Daveyton

The Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Bronberg Precinct Officers, recovered an abandoned single cab Light Delivery Vehicle (LDV), in the Daveyton area.

The EMPD Officers, received information about a vehicle that was stolen in Midrand, in the early hours of the morning of Friday 26 April 2024, which was a white branded Gautrain Isuzu single cab bakkie. The Law Enforcers followed up on the info and the vehicle in question, was recovered abandoned, at the Maokeng Section Thembisa area.

All the necessary stakeholders including the South African Police Services (SAPS) Fingerprints Unit, were summoned and the recovered Isuzu LDV, is impounded at the Aeroton SAPS vehicle pound, for safe keeping.
