Midlands EMS crews were dispatched to the N3 southbound just after Hilton for a vehicle collision.
On arrival, it was found that three people sustained moderate injuries, and three others sustained minor injuries.
All patients were treated on the scene before being transported to a private hospital for further care.
Authorities were in attendance.
