Technology and boots on the ground results in four arrests linked to theft! The Fidelity Business Intelligence Centre (FBIC) received a request to analyse footage obtained from Cell Tower sites where batteries were stolen from various sites in Gauteng.
After viewing the footage, three individuals were identified responsible for the theft as well as the vehicle that was used in committing the crimes. A look out was given to all Police Units by the Police investigating officer.
Shortly after, a Nissan NP200 was identified at one of the sites was pulled over by the Police and four suspects were arrested in Tembisa area and found in possession of tools and equipment.
