Two Burundian nationals were seriously injured after they were repeatedly stabbed during a robbery in Hazelmere – KZN.
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) were called out to the scene. On arrival, Reaction Officers discovered the 32 & 26 year old males bleeding excessively from their injuries. The victims stated that they are employed as Security Officers for a business premises.
Four suspects armed with knives entered the property and confronted them. The robbers repeatedly stabbed both men when they resisted and robbed them of their cash before they fled in an unknown direction.
RUSA Paramedics stabilised the injured males before expediting them to hospital by ambulance.
