Drug user found dead at a construction site on the Corners of Grove End and Phoenix Highway this morning. This comes after KZNVIP Officers were flagged down for assistance by Community members
It is believed that the unidentified Indian male may have overdosed and passed on. The scene was closed off for police to arrive.
The SAPS were informed of the incident. It is also believed that this building houses more than 50 Drug Users in the night due to the cold.
