Mozambican spitting cobra attack dogs in Everest Heights

Three dogs were expedited to a Veterinarian after they were attacked by a Mozambican Spitting Cobra on Emerald Road in Everest Heights – KZN.

Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) received a call for assistance from the home owner at approximately 13:16. Area Manager/Snake Catcher Nathi Ndaba was immediately dispatched and identified the snake as a highly venomous Mozambican Spitting Cobra.

The RUSA Member captured the reptile and released it into a dense bush.

The three dogs were suffering from blindness following the attack.
