A 65-year-old female was choked during a home invasion on Falcon Crescent in Dawncrest – KZN.
The Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) Operations Centre received a call for assistance at approximately 10:36. On arrival, it was established that the occupants of a silver Suzuki (registration) unknown jumped over the boundary wall and accosted a general employee and forced him into the house.
The armed suspects confronted the homeowner and choked her while demanding valuables. They ransacked the home before they fled with a TV, laptop and a cellphone.
The victim received First Aid by RUSA Paramedics on scene.
