Illegal immigration syndicate run by two Pakistani Nationals shut down by Durban Metro Police Service

Durban Metro Police Service Tactical Support Unit, in collaboration with several law enforcement agencies, successfully executed an intelligence-driven operation on 2024/10/28 in Greyville, Durban.

This operation targeted an illegal immigration syndicate run by two Pakistani nationals, involved in producing counterfeit passports, identity documents, and marriage certificates, falsely marrying foreign nationals to South Africans.

During the raid at Matthew Meyiwa Road, we confiscated computers and official Home Affairs documents used in this illegal operation. Both suspects were arrested and charged at Durban Central South African Police Service station, with previous similar offenses noted for one of the suspects.
