Calf rescued from stormwater drain in Trenance Park

A calf trapped in a drain on Krantzwood Close in Trenance Park – KZN was rescued by Reaction Officers.

A resident contacted the Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) Operations Centre requesting assistance to rescue the animal. Reaction Officers were immediately dispatched and on arrival found the male calf trapped in a storm water drain.

RUSA Members freed the animal without injury.
