The recent enhancement of the Central Supplier Database (CSD) now requires all suppliers to upload their proof of address (POA) for each active physical address registered on the system.
Suppliers who are unable to obtain a POA for their current physical address may opt to change their address to a Postal Address. This is meant to identify and flag any discrepancies where Suppliers attempt to use multiple addresses that do not accurately reflect their actual business locations.
You are required to URGENTLY upload your active proof of address no later than Friday 31st January 2025.
Failure to upload the required POA within this timeframe will result in the assumption that you are no longer interested in conducting business with the Government.
