The Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Community Liaison (CLU) Unit Officers, arrested an African female aged 20 years, for dealing in illicit substance in the Tembisa area.
Following on information received from a reliable source, about an individual dealing with illicit substances. Officers proceeded to Phuma Silwe informal settlement, were the female suspect was found with x149 pieces of rock, wrapped in a silver foil, estimated at a value of R3 725 and total cash of R720.
She was arrested and detained at Tembisa Police Station, facing charges of dealing in illegal substances. She is expected to appear at the Tembisa Magistrate’s Court soon.
