Gauteng Traffic Wardens Saturation task Team in Ekurhuleni responded to the VumaCam SafeCity LPR system about a vehicle that was flagged. The Gauteng law enforcement officers swiftly responded and managed to intercept the sought vehicle in Bonaero Park Kempton Park.
Upon investigation, it was discovered that the White Nissan NP200 was hijacked and recovered in October 2024, and was not taken to SAPS for clearance.
The members took the driver and the vehicle to Aeroton for clearance, and the vehicle was handed back to the driver.
