Scholar patrol inspection at Birch Acres Primary school in Kempton Park

The Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Social Crime Prevention Unit Officers, conducted a scholar patrol inspection at Birch Acres Primary school in the Kempton Park area.

The SCPU purpose of the visit was to observe the scholar patrol team, on how they conduct the flow of traffic around the school and monitored compliance on learner transportation.

The school was issued with scholar patrol equipment and officers checked whether they were being used whilst performing scholar patrol duties.
