On Thursday 24 April 2025 at around 07:00, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Social Crime Prevention Unit Officers, conducted a scholar patrol inspection at Birchleigh Primary School in the Kempton Park area.
Officers observed the scholar patrol team on how they conduct the flow of traffic under rainy weather. They also monitored the offloading zone for all learner transportation, on whether they consider the safety of the learners.
