A drug user known as Lyodd (pictured) is sought by Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) for Theft of two (2) African Grey Parrots.
The birds were stolen from a home in Crimlen Place in Lenham Phoenix – KZN on April 15, 2025. The suspect locked the family inside the home by placing blocks at the door & used cutters to gain entry into the cage. The theft was captured on CCTV. A criminal case has been registered via SAPS Phoenix Cas 494/04/2025.
The Parrots are 18 & 25 years old and hold sentimental value to the family. One (1) parrot has mimicked the voice of his deceased owner who had passed on due to cancer. The Parrots are unsexed & are grey with red tails. One of the birds has a missing toe.
