At approximately 21:30 Ensure Security’s Ethekwini Urban Regeneration Teams noticed a four men robbing a female pedestrian near the Kwamashu taxi rank in the Durban Central Business District.
The tactical officers immediately persued the suspects successfully apperehending one. Three others managed to evade arrest.
The suspect was remanded into the custody of the South African Police Services for further investigation and processing.
The victim was not injured in the ordeal.
