Gauteng Traffic Police, Gauteng Traffic Wardens STT (Eastern Corridor) and Tembisa SAPS, conducted targeted crime prevention operations in Tembisa and surrounding areas to combat drug-related crimes.
During a stop and search operation at Mandela Kufa Informal Settlement, two male suspects were apprehended for possession of crystal meth.
In Moriting Section, another suspect was arrested after being found in possession of crystal meth and Double Star pills. A further arrest was made in Esselen Park, where a suspect was found in possession of illegal substances.
