One minute response time! Well done, Fidelity SecureFire team! With the increase of fire hazards during high winds, the Fidelity SecureFire team in East London went out on patrol to keep a watchful eye over Buffalo City yesterday morning! While in the Gonubie area, a motorist flagged down our fire truck and reported that there was a house fire not far away from where they were stationed. The team immediately jumped into action to investigate and found a building on fire in Main Road, Gonubie.
Our team activated and managed to bring the fire under control, together with our local fire brigade, who also arrived on the scene to assist. Quick reaction and teamwork led to the fire being extinguished, and no injuries were reported. Well done, team. Showing up when the heat is on!
