The vigilance of Central Karoo SAPS Flying Squad members led to the confiscation of copper valued at approximately R120,000 and the recovery of a stolen vehicle during a vehicle checkpoint conducted along the R407 in Prince Albert on 15 May.
Police seized over 104 kg of copper, an imitation firearm, and the stolen vehicle. A 43-year-old suspect was arrested.
